Smartlists are special, rules-based views that organize items automatically. Smartlists help you easily find items based on their type or other attribute. Items can appear in smartlists even if you have not copied them into your Folders. For example, rating items from the toolbar puts the items directly into the Rated smartlist. Any items you commented on will show up in the commented smartlist. You can drag and drop items found in smartlists into your Folders to organize them.
