When you watch a collection, it's like receiving a feed of all the favorites the collection owner is saving. When the collection owner updates the collection, your watched collection will be updated too. All collections that someone else published are read-only. If you want to change the organization or properties of items in a watched collection, you must first copy them to your Folders.
Watched collections also have a community aspect. Anyone who is watching a collection can add their rating, tags or comments. Ratings and tags are aggregated anonymously. You must be logged in to leave a comment.
